The Islamic republic of Pakistan witnessed general elections today on 11th may 2013 for choosing the parliamentarians for the term of next 5 years. The general public today has elected the members of national assemblies and the four provincial assemblies which are Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa and Baluchistan. This is for the first time that nation has gone into elections after completing the five years of democratic term.
Election commission of Pakistan is the institution that conducts the election in the Pakistan. The procedure is quite long which starts from voter registration, announcing the date of general elections, polling staff recruitment, Providing machinery and announcing results.
The election campaign was started about 20 days before the elections in which all the parties who were contesting elections arranged campaign including rallies and public gatherings where they told the people how will they change everything. All the parties prepared their manifestos and put in front of the public so that they can choose their representatives.
Main parties contesting elections are Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz, Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf and Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarian. Among other are Jamiat-e-Ulma-e-Islam, Muttahida Qomi Movement, Jamaat e Islami, Awami national Party and Pakistan Muslim League Quaid-e-Azam.
One very important thing that was seen today was the involvement of youth in elections and voter turn out. The youth of Pakistan has never shown such enthusiasm ever in the history of elections in Pakistan. The experts are suggesting that this was one of record turnout. Especially in urban areas, many women and young boys and girls casted their vote and took a great step towards Democracy.
The results are not compiled yet but from the unofficial sources Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz is leading in many constituencies followed by Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf and Pakistan People’s Party. Whatever the result may be or whoever formulates the result, one thing is for sure that Democracy has won today in Pakistan.

How to Stop Bullying
Bullying or teasing someone due to any particular reason is
one of the worst forms of torture that seems to be quite difficult to cope up
with. Students are the most bullied species in the world as they are being
teased for some reasons which are out of their control. If someone is small or
fat they are teased for years in the school and the student can do nothing
about it.
The recent studies have shown that extensive bullying results in the
suicidal tendencies in the students along with the depression and psychological
disorders. Doctors suggest that a bullied student seldom gets the same mental
health as the one who was seldom bullied. Parents should also play their role
to make their kids learn about how dangerous bullying some can result into.
Even complaining about it to the parents or the teachers can
result in more intensive bullying for them as after all you have to spend time
together in the same class or school again.
Now the problem is how to solve it. It is not that much
difficult as it seems to be and complaining to the authorities is no issue as
it creates more hurdles and teasing gets more charged up. All you have to do is
to avoid them. This one mainly works because they can only bully you after the classes
where you can avoid them but remember don’t make it obvious. If you make it
obvious that you are avoiding them then they will start following you and it
will turn on your back
If they are following you already then you can move in
groups like having friends and show them that you are having good time. They
will not bully you unless you are alone or with a friend. Try to move in more
people than they have to avoid being teased.
If you are caught by them and you are being bullied, the
best is to stay calm. The hate to be answered back and if you answer the same
way like they are then this will turn into never ending bullying system and you
are going to get hurt for sure. Be cool and tell them “Was that all or do you
still have something to say?”
This will blank them and remember, don’t be mean
in the answer. Show them your coolness by being calm like you don’t give a damn
about whatever they are saying. If you are mean then that will hurt their ego
and they will start bullying you physically which can get even more hurtful.
Hopefully that will work and if nothing is going your way
then you can tell this to a teacher secretly and tell him to not to mention
your name. That will confuse your bully that who did it, even if you are the
only one he is teasing will confuse him that which of your friend did this as
you already move in friends. That will surely help you out of trouble.

The federal board of intermediate and secondary education is an autonomous body with the responsibility of conducting the Secondary and Intermediate education examination for its jurisdiction. The federal board was established in 1975 under the BISE Act.
The board is working under the ministry of
education of intermediate and secondary education. There are many institutes
affiliated with the federal board all over the country and every year millions
of students appear in the exams as they board has very vast jurisdiction.
The jurisdiction of the federal board is Islamabad Capital
territory, Cantonments and Garrisons all over the Pakistan, Federally
administered northern areas and Overseas. This makes this board the largest
depending on the jurisdiction. The board is working hard to get the education
system of international standards in Pakistan so that students can lead their
lives and play their role in the progress of Pakistan.
Every year the board conducts the SSC examination in March
and the result is announced after three to four months. In march 2013, the
papers for 10th class were conducted and now they students are
waiting for the result to be declared. All the students are advised to be
connected to the federal board official website. We don’t have any official
