Federal Public Service Commission had released an online application system which will enable the commission to hire new recruits online. There are more than 1000 seats which are released out annually and through this online application system 0.1 million more students will be able to apply. Previously it took a long process of 1o months or so to sort and receive applications manually but with this online system all the process will be done in shortened time of 3 months. The system is to be launched on April 2013.
Through consolidated advertisement which will be published in the newspaper, the system will receive applications for general recruitment in BS-16 and above. The manual submissions of application form and hard copies of degrees are no longer a requirement of the system.
The press release said that screening tests for the general posts will be conducted every two months. Admission certificates will be placed online to facilitate the candidates and after the checking of their eligibility, they will be told about their written test through website and SMS. Thus it is highly recommended for the candidates to keep visiting the website of FPSC which is www.fpsc.gov.pk
Following are the requirements to make while attempting any test.
1.       The candidate must bring the original CNIC and the downloaded admission certificate and treasury receipts when come to appear in the written test.
2.       The candidates when called for interview must bring all the original documents and one attested copy of each document for record.
3.       The candidates whose documents are found deficient will be given a time of 7 days to prove their eligibility else their candidature will be cancelled.
