Board of intermediate and secondary education Sargodha is an autonomous body for conducting the secondary and intermediate examination of the jurisdiction allocated to the board. Bise Sargodha was established in 1968 under the West Pakistan board of intermediate and secondary education number VII. The Sargodha board was bifurcated and a separate board for Rawalpindi was established.
 The jurisdiction of the BISE Sargodha has Sargodha district, Kushab District, Mianwali District and Bhakkar district where the board efficiently conducts the SSC and HSSC examination annually. Thousands of students from this region appear in the exam every year. 
The board is striving hard for the betterment of the education of the region and is working hard to maintain the better standards of education. The board wants to create a fair and unbiased environment where education and examination help students to find their hidden potential so that they can follow their dreams and make progress for the nation. 

The board every year in the spring season which is March conducts the annual examination for the 10th class. The result is then released after three to four months.  This year the result will be announced in the end of July or in the start of august.
